Collection: Pork

All of our pork products are 100% Fujizakura pork, a local breed with exacting quality standards (and no prophylactic antibiotics, hormones, or any other nasty stuff). We buy fresh carcasses direct from farmers, and the meat is hung to dry age before being carefully butchered and trimmed by hand.
