Unlike your average pork mince which has been through the grinder so many times that it's practically mush, our mince is only ground once. We can do this because we only use carefully trimmed cuts, from which we have removed any connective tissue, glands, and any other bits you don't want to eat.
Available in 300g or 500g packs, finely or coarsely ground.
