Loin Steaks

Thick cut loin steaks. Very tender, with just the right amount of fat.

A smaller and lighter alternative to our pork chops when eaten as steaks, also ideal for homemade tonkatsu. Substantially thicker than is generally available in Japan.

Each steak is approximately 160g.
