Traditional dry-cured unsmoked bacon, made with Fujizakura Pork belly.
Completely hand-made, we reckon our bacon is just about the best you can get in Japan. We use carefully trimmed whole bellies, and cure them for over a week in our original cure blend containing Okinawan kuromitsu, along with home-grown herbs and spices.
Sold by 400g block or in packets of 8 rashers.
Ships frozen.
