Collection: Sausages

All of our sausages are made with Fujizakura pork, a local breed with exacting quality standards (and no prophylactic antibiotics, hormones, or any other nasty stuff). We buy fresh carcasses direct from farmers, and the meat is hung to age before being carefully boned and trimmed by hand. After grinding, we mix in some additive-free local panko, a splash of fresh Fuji spring water, and our original seasoning blends, made with home grown herbs and freshly ground spices. At all stages we use the highest quality ingredients from as locally as we can source, and no artificial flavourings, preservatives or additives of any sort are included.
