Storage & Handling
All of our products are shipped frozen. If kept frozen, they can safely be stored up to their best by date (written on the back label of each product).
Please defrost the products thoroughly before cooking, unless stated otherwise.
Most products should be cooked within 48 hours of defrosting, and consumed within 48 hours of cooking.
While we are confident that our practices are as hygienic as they can be and that the chances of pathogens in our products are low, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any illness caused by meat which has not been cooked through.
