These are our take on a typical northern English sausage, with plenty of pepper and spice, in a natural pork casing. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, barbecues, you name it.
Each sausage is roughly 75g, though please be aware that they do vary considerably in size as they are all hand-stuffed and hand-linked.
