Premium pork mince made with Fujizakura pork collar and belly.
Unlike typical pork mince which has been through the grinder so many times that it's a mush, our mince is only ground once. We can do this because we only use carefully trimmed cuts, from which we have removed any connective tissue, glands, and any other bits you don't want to eat. We carefully blend two of the finer cuts to give the right balance of fat and lean, as well as texture. We're confident that what results is the best ground pork available in Japan.
Available in 300g or 500g packs, finely or coarsely ground. For most uses we recommend the coarse grind for it's superior texture, though the fine grind is better for forming into meatballs etc.
