Ground Beef

The result of a lot of experimentation, this luxury ground beef is a blend of 4 quality cuts of Koshu Wine Beef.

We set out to make the ultimate all-round mince, using carefully trimmed whole cuts rather than the trimmings themselves, and aiming for the perfect balance of flavour, texture and fat content.

Available in 500g or 1kg packs, either coarse or fine. When using loose in sauces etc, we recommend the coarse grind for its superior texture and mouthfeel. The fine grind is preferable when forming into burgers etc.
