Fillet Steaks (Small)

A smaller version of our Fujisan Black fillet steaks, reared and butchered in Kawaguchiko.

Taken from the chateaubriand of the fillet, these steaks are roughly 3cm thick. When cooked properly (rare to medium rare), these are just as good as you can get in the very best steakhouses. 

120g per steak.
Sold in packets of two. Purchasing 4 steaks or 6 steaks a ¥500 and ¥1000 discount respectively.
