Fillet Steaks (Large)

Large Fujisan Black fillet steaks, reared and butchered in Kawaguchiko.

Taken from the chateaubriand of the fillet, these steaks are cut very thick, American steakhouse style. When cooked properly (rare to medium rare), these are just as good as you can get in the very best steakhouses. 

280g per steak.
Sold in packets of two. Purchasing 4 steaks or 6 steaks a ¥1000 and ¥2000 discount respectively.
