Fillet Steaks (Large)

Large Fujisan Black fillet steaks, reared and butchered in Kawaguchiko.

Taken from the chateaubriand of the fillet, these steaks are cut very thick, American steakhouse style. When cooked properly (rare to medium rare), these are every bit as good as you can get in the very best steakhouses. 

260g per steak.
