A much-loved classic, these Cumberland sausages are made in the traditional Cumbrian way, using coarse-ground pork, with minimal rusk and simple, peppery seasoning.
Originally limited edition, these were so popular that we had to make them into a permanent offering.
We use 100% Fujizakura pork, Japanese sea salt, lots of freshly ground black pepper, with just a few herbs and spices to meld everything together.
Rich, rustic and oh so juicy, these sausages go down extremely well with a cold lager.
Available in packets of 3 or 6. Bulk purchases are discounted as follows: 5% off 12 sausages, 10% off 24 sausages.
Each sausage is around 75-85g, though please be aware that they do vary in size as they are all hand-stuffed and hand-linked.
