How Subscriptions Work

Subscriptions are discounted automatic orders, which repeat according to your selected delivery interval. The products will be automatically delivered after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card on the same day of each month, and your products will arrive shortly after.

 

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

You can pause or cancel a subscription from your customer page, accessible via the customer icon in the top right of our website. The only time a subscription can't be cancelled is within the minimum 3 deliveries of initiating the subscription.
Your customer page can also accessed through the link in the email you receive when placing a subscription order. 

 

How can I skip or reschedule a delivery?

You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip button next to it, which you can use to skip the delivery. You can reschedule it by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

 

Can I add products to my subscription?

You can add products to your subscription from your customer page. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
